While we strive to provide the highest quality advice and strategies, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue targets, ranking positions, or account reinstatement. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including Amazon's policies and market conditions.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about their business and products
• Complying with Amazon's Terms of Service and applicable laws
• Making final decisions regarding their Amazon accounts and business strategy
• Timely payment of agreed fees

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our working relationship.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, and strategies provided by CZG USA Inc. are for the client's internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed without prior written consent.

6. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in the individual service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

CZG USA Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Obligations accrued prior to termination remain in effect.

9. Governing Law
